LaLiga have confirmed the dates of the two transfers windows of the 2020/21 season.
Clubs will be allowed to make transfers this year from August 4 until October 5, and the winter window will be from January 4, 2021 until February 1.
Nevertheless, the fact that the summer window opens on August 4 does not imply that those who are still competing in this season’s European competitions can strengthen their squads as new arrivals will only be allowed to play from the 2020/21 season.
Lille striker Victor Osimhen is closing in on a move to Napoli – according to Sky Italia.
The 21-year-old traveled to Italy with his representatives on yesterday to thrash out personal terms with the Serie A club.
The offer made by Napoli for Osimhen is €70m, which meets Lille’s asking price. He will be staying in Italy for a few days, where he will hold talks with Napoli manager Gennaro Gattuso and a deal could be finalised quickly.
